The Dragon Tale showing comprises 320 metres of forestry road cut on a southern facing slope overlooking Sand Creek, approximately 29 kilometres northeast of Terrace, B.C.

Jurassic to Cretaceous mudstones, shales and sandstones of the Bowser Lake Group overlie basalts and andesites of the Jurassic Hazelton Group. The rocks are cut by barren granodiorite and diorite sills and dykes of the Cretaceous to Tertiary Coast Plutonic Complex and intruded by granodiorite bodies which contain altered zones with elevated silver values.

The Dragon Tale occurrences of copper and zinc-lead-silver mineralization were located by Casa personnel who were prospecting and sampling rock exposures beside and near a logging road in 2018. Specimen and chip samples were analyzed, with best numbers 231 grams per tonne Silver, 3.18 per cent Copper, 0.13 per cent Lead and 6.15 per cent Zinc (Casa Minerals Inc. News Release February 12, 2020).

In 2018 a 223-line kilometre airborne combined versatile time domain electromagnetic (VTEMTM) and aeromagnetic survey was conducted over the Pitman property (including the Dragon Tale area) for Casa Minerals Inc. (Assessment Report 37955). In addition, a structural analysis was conducted on the property (Assessment Report 37735).

In 2019, Casa Minerals Inc. drilled 7 NQ diamond drill holes into the Dragon Tale showing. Intercepts with elevated silver values occurred at shallow depths within sedimentary and intrusive rocks. The best results were in PD19-07 which intersected 40.77 grams per tonne silver and 1.85 per cent copper over 0.58 metre between 7.03 m and 7.61 m, and drill hole PD19-06 which intersected 20.12 grams per tonne silver and 0.14 per cent copper of 1.0 metre between 23 and 24 metres (Assessment Report 38885).
